Summer Leaves - 2019
Summer leaves is a welcome pavilion for Tanzhhaus summer party. The pavilion is inspired in the roots of architecture, rebuilding literally the primitive hut of Marc- Antoine Laugier to reopen the discussion of the natural environment, architecture and the city. A primitive structure that talks about the blurred limits between architecture, landscape, and nature. The most basic structure that humans can do to protect themselves from the inclemencies of the weather.
Summer leaves pavilion is located in the new terrace of the Tanzhaus to reclaim its public domain for a civic and social purpose. A romantic pavilion made out of natural branches and leaves that calls our guests to the party.
The soft structure with its natural appearance is in line with the thematic of the party. A romantic yet festive summer environment. A perfect background for a midsummer night’s dream where guests and hosts are comfortable and naturally enjoy the evening.
